US decision to end support for Gavi puts millions of children’s lives at risk It's estimated that more than 1.2 million children may die as a result of this political decision.

The US is cutting its funding for Gavi, an organization that has undoubtedly saved the lives of millions of children by scaling up vaccine access and introducing new vaccines to routine immunization programs. This cut will put millions of kids' lives, and global public health, at risk.

This is a straight up North Korea state sanctioned hairstyle proposed law for youth.

We cannot overstate this – antiretroviral treatment (ART) is lifesaving! For children living with HIV, access to treatment means reaching their next birthday.

Children’s health cannot wait! We must restore these lifesaving services.

Since February 26, an additional 1,322 adults (from 14,482 to 15,804) and 141 infants (from 1,541 to 1,682) have died as a consequence of a single frozen USAID program.

I have very little patience for doom. There is work to be done. Logoff and call your reps about Medicaid and Snap cuts, donate to legal groups fighting. Feed people. Educate your community. Find your niche/talent and let's get going.

Remember too that living is resistance.

Cutting aid is literally killing people, and making the US less secure.
