I just can't wrap my brain around the idea of 'poor shaming' people and trying to somehow force them to, well, act 'poor'.. only get basic things because that's all 'poor' people deserve. Its like, how about EVERYONE deserves a good and happy life.. free of worrying about how to eat or live..sigh.

I so adore this little one. She also has an absolute fascination with my bangs. #kitten #kittensofbluesky (she was a foster but yeah...totally keeping her..how could I not.)

So.. having officially lived here in Vegas for 3 months now.. some quick thoughts.

A. Coming from Florida its kind of nice to experience an actual seasonal change.. like, I'm digging this so far.

B. The people here are really nice.

C. NO ONE here knows how to drive.

I've never met a Republican Trekkie that's for sure.. I can't even see how the concepts interlap, honestly. In a post scarcity of resources society Republicans would still be out there trying to convince everyone OF their scarcity.. they really aren't good people, in general.

The Dead Zone is such an underrated movie, IMHO. "The Ice.... is gonna break!" Walken is fantastic in that movie.. (and it was a great book, too)
