As far as the pain scale, I think it helps that I have pain constantly, so I gauge how my body is from day to day. 1-4 does not affect my ability to get things done. 5-7 slow me down greatly in my ability to be productive. 8 my body starts radiating with pain.
9 I am completely bed bound.

-each spoke is a month
-each row in the spoke is a day.
-the black was used to set up the blanket and will be used for months that are short to make sure they are the same length as the months with 31 days

February week one of my chronic pain blanket is complete. Excited to see the second panel take shape even if the colors prove that my body hates me.

Hopefully ending the 2 week flare 🫠

There is a lot up in the air for my family right now. So I’m focusing on the things I CAN do right now. That includes making hats and scarves for the unhoused.

January week 3 chronic illness blanket update. This week was ROUGH

Making a blanket to document my pain levels every day. Here’s hoping there’s an option of symptom management for me.

I think it’s around 5 hours. It works up really quickly!
