James Cameron: ‘Empathy Is Our Superpower’

As he prepares to adapt the new book ‘Ghosts of Hiroshima,’ the director talks about the lessons of America's use of the atomic bomb in WWII, and how the horrors of the past connect to our future.

Dan Bongino decided to apply to med school while watching an episode of Grey's Anatomy. (His wife thought it was a bad idea). It went about as well as his Epstein promises. Now, he runs ops at the FBI with, well, uncertain emotion. I ponder Being Bongino. www.rollingstone.com/politics/pol...

Inside the Battle Over 'Napalm Girl' A new documentary, 'The Stringer,' investigates the story of the famous Vietnam War photo "Napalm Girl," raising questions about who actually took it

For 6 months, the journalism industry has had a knives-out insider battle over this photograph. It's one of the most important and famous images in 200 years of photography.

In my day job, I was approached to see if new tech could answer the big Q: Who took the photo?

My close-ish perspective... 🧵

Showing the pain of the Vietnam War, "Napalm Girl" is one of the most celebrated photographs ever. The photo was always credited to an AP photographer Huỳnh Công “Nick” Út.

A few years back, rumors began circulating that Út did not make that image.
