Money has destroyed any semblance to democracy. You spend money, you expect something in return. Why politicians/political parties are allowed to accept bribes/donations is entirely beyond me. Political parties should have the same amount from central govt and all other donations should be banned

The physio was there if I needed it, all I needed to do was make contact if I felt in was necessary. My wife and others I know were offered multiple solo or group sessions. I feel lucky the way my recovery went as I was only using one stick after a couple of week and that was only for dog walking!

Hi Jan. I was between trusts. I was referred back to my local trust for physio and attended a one on one session. Between myself and the physio we agreed that, because I had sufficient movement/ bend, there wasn’t much point in returning so long as I kept up the exercises at home.

I never had any formal physio, although I was offered it. I was shown specific exercises which I did religiously. It’s important to get that bend!!!

The Freeman, in Newcastle, pioneered a new robotically assisted technique which apparently has far better outcomes. It aligns both parts of the leg accurately relieving stresses from misalignment.

I had this particular procedure
