I was about to go on the first NI holiday for some years with my two, and spent the first 3 days absolutely unable to function and then my youngest spent NY vomiting. We sent my oldest home early so we wouldn’t be stranded if he subsequently got sick. Ruined the holiday.

This was a year and a half after she brought the same kid to Xmas then merrily told everyone after theyd hugged and kissed everyone that the the kid had been vomiting that morning (didn’t leave the kid at home with their Dad)
