How come reply guys, when called out, always resort to "couldn't resist a joke" or "just a joke"? There's no humor, nothing funny, just being a pest.

I wrote a story about guys being pests, and it starts with "just a joke." It doesn't end with a laugh though. Their interactions never do.

Yeah, I heard the books left many readers unnerved/bothered :( it has a decent premise, but the execution is so...bleh?

I honestly don't get the hype behind Wicked.

The past 3.5 years have been the hardest years of my life, and without my motivation for art...for ANYTHING...I'm lost.

Art always gave me a sense of purpose, a spark in my darkest moments.
Now, I feel like I don't even know myself anymore.
I stopped making merch b/c it was costing me heavily, not to mention the stress that came with it.
I based my worth on how my art sold, and the result was this
Whatever -this- is.

It's been a year since I've drawn anything.
I don't know what to call this- art block? Burn out? Midlife crisis?
I hate it.
I miss drawing so much.
When I open my art program, I just freeze.
Nothing comes to fruition.
I lost my motivation.
Now it feels like I lost a piece of myself along with it.
