I can relate to this. I’ve been hit with two major health issues and at the moment, I won’t be transitioning. If I can beat this I might be able to resume but really, I haven’t got very far.

Deep fried clams, homemade fries and coleslaw.

Wow. Clams. They’re my favourite but I can’t get them here. I brought 5 lbs back from the coast last summer when I was there. I put my frier in use once I got back home.
