I don't know if it's like this for everyone but as someone who already gets distracted super easily as it is, there is truly no way to have a healthy relationship with that app when it's so easily accessible all the time👀 does anyone else feel that way too?

It used to be my favourite social media when I was younger but the past few years I've felt it just morph from this fun photo / art / meme sharing site into this soulless program with the sole purpose of grabbing your attentiom and getting you addicted...

Like...I kept it on there for so long cuz the main reason I still use it is to post art and keep tabs on friends / mutuals. But just having it on my ipad works just as well for that and I don't fall into a deep doomscrolling hole multiple times a day anymore💀
