There is no guide yet. For building a second floor, you place a concrete foundation or steel framework (found in "Building" tab) on the second floor (select the second floor on the right side of your screen first). Then go back to the first floor to place the stairs.

Indeed, the building textures are taken from whatever I could get out of my photo library. This is just a stop-gap though until I get to create proper textures. Not high priority at this point in time :D

Can't believe that I've just found out about the tonemap feature NOW. That makes look all screenshots I took of the game until now so dark and faded.

– Draw a rough sketch for the layout
– Design a corporate identity
– Model it in Blender
– Add it to the game in Godot

How fast can you make a burger restaurant that looks somewhat convincing? In my case, it took just about 1.5 hours.

For those interested: The incline of escalators is usually 30~35° and a step is about 24 cm high.
