🎙️ Speak, DLC! is out!

A brand new foundation mod project for Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds, overhauling the sound effect banks of (almost) every DLC character in the game! This project will be progressively updated to support more characters, both current and future!

i meant it when that game means so much to me. i never teared up for p5 even for p3, but strikers had me bawling over some parts. it came at a time in my life that deeply resonated with me
