I'm just going through it properly now, and the mortgage payment is going to be $999, but the HOA/ land rent is going to be an additional $500. I'd never be able to afford that.
Itβs definitely an illusion. I feel the same way about art. My feed is full of people posting art so I feel that these people just sit around making art 24/7 where I feel like I havenβt touched a pencil in months.
