and also yeah msg isn't bad but like...too much of anything is bad for you and in the fic sqh is specifically saying that he was surviving off of instant ramen and sqq's comment is a direct jab at that more than the msg thingy

i had to go to the fic to check what i wrote haha. i'm aware of the propaganda against msg but wasn't really thinking about it when i wrote the dialogue. i just thought it would be funny. i'm SEA so like msg is life and we joke about msg like this alot bc we know it ain't true but it's still funny
