The first reich was the Holy Roman Empire.
The second reich was the German empire
The third was under Hitler.

Facial recognition software is inherently racist. It does not have the same accuracy with darker skin tones as it does lighter skin tones. False positive matches are more likely to happen with darker skin tones.
