I wasn't cheering for Marchand or Bennett after they hung out laughing with the Pedo Prince, they should not have had the honour of representing Canada. It’s good to see there quality humans on the US squad.

And no I’m not bashing Christina or Jimmy, I am bashing the lack of public health education though.

The lack of education about Covid and Long Covid has led to this. People laughing and joking about spreading a virus like Covid is an indicator that they do not fully understand the risks associated with Covid and it highlights the need for more awareness right now.

Christina Applegate tells Jimmy Kimmel that “It might be Covid, I’m just super duper sick and you’re gonna have it”.

Kimmel responds, “I’d rather it was Covid at this point” Why?

How long is it gonna take for common sense we to reenter the conversation?

Covid has no season, there are waves in the summer too, so ending masking in healthcare, for any amount of time makes no sense unless you don’t care about patients and staff.

“Respiratory levels are decreasing” so some hospitals are ending masking.

Why do you think viral levels keep rising and getting out of control in the first place?

Are you going to wash your hands forever? Stop living in fear and live your life.

Germs and viruses are over, the government said so. I heard soap doesn’t work anyway.

This is a win for veterans everywhere. The fact that this was proposed in the first place was an insult to every person who has ever put on the uniform.

Advocacy takes time, and most advocacy organizations need money, and fundraise to get it.

If it makes you happy to see me struggle, have a great day.

I’m not trying to fundraise for the hell of it, sometimes necessity overrides pride and shame and all of those things, and so I’ll keep sharing my fundraiser, pumping out content, contacting officials, and offering my assistance to anyone who needs it.

To hear the comments, to see the amount of effort the people I know have to exert to ignore what I am trying to do, and to sense that the people I have known for decades, and friends and family, are for some reason getting joy out of seeing me struggle, is very, very disappointing.

spent 10s of 1000s just to forward the message that people are not alone, and I would do it again tomorrow.

I wouldn't be "out begging for money" if I didn't believe that people are in danger from Covid, and if I didn't hear the stories of how badly Long Covid has changed the lives of so many.

I have tried to help people for years, I have done everything I could to raise awareness for mental health, I have tried to make things easier for as many people as I could, given away 1000s of t-shirts, shot hundreds of hours of videos, put on shows,

Staying quiet and letting others suffer? Really?

Covid and Long Covid are very uncomfortable, inconvenient topics, and I get that, but insults coming from friends and family and people I have know for decades is a disheartening as it gets.

No, job offers aren't flying in for a guy who won't shut up about the most politicized virus in history.

"Well you should have kept your mouth shut about Covid" is something I hear constantly. Should I have? Is that what we have built our society on? Keeping out mouths shut?
