In Dublin alone, derelict sites have risen by 80%. Buildings left to rot while developers sit back & speculate on land value.
These should be homes, youth centres, libraries, or clinics, but instead theyโre abandoned for profit.
We need use it or lose it legislation to stop the rot for profit!
The Irish government is too cowardly to even do the bare minimum of enacting the full Occupied Territories Bill.
All while Israel openly intensives it's genocide.

Israel is pushing forward a plan to fully occupy Gaza, paving the way for illegal settlements and foreign capital to profit from the displacement and ethnic cleansing of the Palestinian people.
We need real action. We need sanctions.

We need to ban no-fault evictions, rent controls, and ultimately a state construction company!

This was only originally brought in when they were under serious pressure on the streets.

While many parents are going hungry or borrowing money to keep food on the table, big businesses are making record profits.
'Greedflation' (i.e. corporate profiteering) is fueling the cost of living crisis.
We need price caps on food & energy, and take the profiteering out of people's essentials.
It's not rocket science.
The housing, cost of living, and healthcare crises exist because the government represents those that profit and enrich themselves from them.

Council houses burned because of far right lies and hate.
Itโs not migrants causing the housing crisis - itโs the government's economy built on inequality, wealth hoarding, and landlordism.

We desperately need more housing, and everyone in the community wants to see this house brought back into use and people moved in asap. But itโs vital that this isnโt used as an excuse to turn what was a family home into inadequate and unsuitable housing.

That seems to be an error on the drawing, but even then it is difficult to understand the intended use of the property,
We were then unfortunately disappointed with other residents when this planning application went in from the new owner. The plans as submitted appear to be mislabeled, and it's very unclear what the intention is for the development.

This house has been left vacant and derelict for years.
We were out again in Mac Uilliam last night.

These families must be kept in their homes. Their homes must become public housing.

This is while the government has a record โฌ25 Billion surplus.
They're making families go hungry, while funneling even more money into the hands of landlords and private developers.
