I'm still here. I just took a few days off and apparently missed some things which I won't comment on, because I'm here to write with people and have fun with my friends.

But like- maybe later today. I been doing a lot of gaming recently, hehe.

As a warning, I can feel the night meds kicking in. So just in case I pass out while writing replies, Happy New Year everyone~!

She lowers her voice to a hush, which was definitely a task for her.

Model F is giggling in her pocket at the moment-

Atlas doesn't comment on getting a picture with Azurine, but the little smile betrays her.

“Yeah, yeah, whatever... Aile, you got somethin' that can take a picture? All I have is my transceiver. All business, you know?”

She motions for Subaru to listen to her while Aile is occupied...

“I don't blame 'em. Not often we get to go all out when it's not fighting for our lives, right? Live a little, I say.”

“...resolutions, huh?”

“Maybe I'll try not to be so stubbor-... okay, let me phrase this better so it doesn't bite me in the ass...”

“I'll try to be a bit more openminded. I was pretty tunnel-visioned until I met Aile and all you, so... yeah, I think that works.”

“It's new years. I figured it'd be nice to get a picture or something. Not for me, or anything. But I figured the two of you would be into that thing.”

It felt a little awkward asking for something so... casual? Candid, maybe. Whatever. What's asked was asked-

“I'm aiming everything toward the sky. And I'm also WAY too far away from Area C for this to worry anyone.”

She has this... knowing look. Uh oh-

Once she brings the bike to a stop, she looks back at the lightshow happening above, whistling in astonishment.

“Damn, that's hot...”

F : “...okay, sure, but now ours look smaller.”

“Just let this moment be nice, Fefnir.”

F : “...okay. Fine. They made theirs look pretty, too.”

He's not believing that for a second.....but he will join her in the yelling.

"HAPPY NEW YEAR'S AT!!!"

As for the fireworks? Using Model F's weapons like that was rather clever.

Apologies for the quiet, I've been weirdly tired recently? Like, at the worst times for writing. But it's probably better than not being tired at all, or being tired all the time, idk.

Reminded randomly of that one OC I gave a test-run just once awhile ago. Cosmic Entity type guy from a dimension with "no dimensions", meaning he is his universe, and the universe he is "from" is him.

There's a lot more to it, but basically, he's a chaotic jerkwad.

“More than you know.”

“...let's go, Blue. This place makes me feel stiff...”

Azurine gently tugs at Aile's hand, as a silent sign she's more than ready to leave, too. As they walk back into the elevator, Atlas leans against the wall, letting her head hit the wall with a hollow 'thunk'.

“Always hated that part...”

M : “Right, that'll be all then. Take care of yourselves on the way out, y'hear? Give a wave to the front desk, they miss seein' you young'uns!”

Mikhail gives the trio a wave, before turning his attention to a holographic clipboard. Seems he was fairly booked himself...

“...I'm gonna punt that bird robot.”

M : “Especially given the short-notice...”

Atlas waves her hand dismissively, while Azurine gives a polite little bow of her head.

M : “Well, I think that'll be all, then. I think we can consider this meeting adjourned. Thank you all for your time...”

M : “Alrighty, then! I think that about covers it if that's the case. I'll send that data over to your new navigator once we get her information. Shouldn't be too long at all!”

He taps is cane to the ground, with another shaky nod.

M : “I have to thank you all for answering our summons.”

Atlas noticed that, too. Though that could just be nerves easing up now that Thomas was out of the room... which, would be entirely understandable.

“Yeah. Just point us in the right direction. You've got a great team of hunters here- even Azurine.”

Mikhail smiles, nodding at the three.

M : “flew off the radar for the most part. At first, we thought they'd disappeared or been destroyed, but then we found new energy signatures of similar magnitude which appeared conveniently close to the recent wave of Maverick attacks... I'm sure you can all see where we're going with this!”

M : “Alright, ladies, here's the situation... Model W hasn't been obliterated like we had hoped. But you young'uns were more than on top of that! Unfortunately...”

Mikhail adjusts one of his lenses, letting out a gravelly sigh.

M : “The fragments that scattered whenever you destroyed Ouroboros”

Atlas... doesn't comment on that strange look Aile had. But she did notice... she felt the other's hand go slack for a mere moment.

M : “Oh- of course! I forget how much we have to shoulder now that we're training that new candidate for the trinity... you go deal with all that, Thomas.”
