With a blanket draped over her shoulders, the woman slowly shuffles towards the nearest kitchen to make herself some tea.

She hums, softly swaying their hands back and forth.

"I'll have to remember to ask the next time we're talking."

"In fact... the seeds could've already been in the soil, and wouldn't necessarily need an outsiders help.

They would've just been waiting for the right conditions, possibly for years. Usually, I'd say that it's impossible to know... but in this case we can just ask them."

They hardly appear to be the meat-eating variety, and I think the extra source of apothecarial knowledge is worth the price of fertilizer."

"Of course. I'd never make waves." She says, making little effort to hide the laughter in her voice.

"Also... the talking plants that showed up in the courtyard are not my fault. I did not invite them.

They are quite pleasant conversationalists, however."

She lets out a pleased sigh when they finally part from the kiss and reaches out to take Ril's hand in her own.

"I think the argument can be made that you altered more than just one world's course. I can't say I could've ever predicted ending up here from where we started."

I don't understand how this is my fault.

(She grins as she gets closer to Ril, leaning up to press a kiss to the woman's jaw.)
