That doesn't surprise me. I looked at doing trending topics at one point, and having to track all that is it's own monster.

I was leaning toward religious history/traditions, IT or business how to videos, or if I could figure out a way, tech reviews (because it's definitely a special interest).

Yeah, SEO is a nightmare along with building a site with a secure shopping cart. Even if you have the IT background and you can save money doing it yourself, the time you have to put into it is horrible on not scalable for a lot of small start ups.

After losing your insurance through a job loss, you get new insurance that should be covered, and you find out that the doctor that you see a few times a year doesn't take it (even though you double checked ahead of time) and it's probably going to be a roughly $200 bill every visit. 😵‍💫

I haven't worked with a medical system myself, but I know people who have, and OMG the stories. 🤣😵‍💫 It's definitely not for the faint of heart.

My mom has dementia, and with little warning I've had to take over her care. The information that I've found on TikTok has helped me more than anything I've found with a regular search engine, or from her doctors.

I'm white, and I 100% agree with you. The only real progress that I've seen in my area and state has been mostly done by black liberals. Most of the white liberals that I've known and worked with can't organize their way out of a paper bag. :/
