The real story is that Republicans derive joy from making healthcare unaffordable.

If centrists had principles they would’ve fawned over Joe Biden.

I totally get that no one wants to vote for the lesser evil. But what if, again hear me out, what if you’re in a 2 party system and the lesser evil is like way way way less evil?

There is a way out of this mess.

BofA Global Research moves Fed rate cut forecast to October from December Bank of America Global Research on Friday pulled forward its forecast for the next Federal Reserve interest rate cut to October from December, citing signs of a softening labor market.

Wall Street is banking that Trump’s economy gets so bad that it will lead the Fed to cut interest rates.

Lower rates make it cheaper for wealthy people to borrow money and buy up assets.

Bad economy = Good news for the wealthy. Until it isn’t.

What if the problem— just hear me out—what if it’s not a failure to listen to each other? What if, stay with me now, what if we HAVE listened, and we’ve heard lies and nonsense and frankly scary proposals (coupled with scary actions), and get this, hold on, we just fundamentally disagree?

99.99% of our political turmoil can be attributed to people not wanting to accept responsibility when it’s plainly their fault.

It’s pretty clear now that the press holds Democrats to a far higher standard than Republicans.

Do the “centrists” who loathe Trump but spent 4 years crapping on Biden and the Dems ever question their approach?

Probably not. I suppose being a forever-centrist means never having to ask oneself uncomfortable questions. Easier to just say “both sides” and take comfort in the personal absolution.

The “Dems will be blamed if there’s a shutdown!” line is an obvious trap.

Trump Republicans are in full control of the government. They’re obviously going to be blamed. And if Dems help them fund this regime, Dems will be deemed complicit.

Don’t fall for the trap. Stand firm—the GOP owns this.

One thing Obama and Biden did was expose centrists as being full of it.

They were both consummate moderates, yet centrists couldn’t stop complaining about them.

Moral relativism, nothing more.
