Mostly tediously twee nonsense. Sporadic enthusing about flamenco dancing and cycling to see Cardiff Bay's sunrises. Occasional passing references to being a weary, aging academic librarian.

Listened, believed, advocated.

A bit vague, I'm sorry, but it was with regards to collection management concerns I'd voiced, which were passed off as baseless (and even irrational and melodramatic) by others.

A glass jar of "Welsh lady" brand Seville orange marmalade.

A glass jar of "Welsh lady" brand Seville orange marmalade.

For completely obscure reasons, a member of staff at Waitrose gave me this jar of marmalade for free this morning.

I'd usually demurely suggest such a free thing go to someone more in need, but I was in Waitrose, so was the poorest person within a decent radius, so I grabbed me that free marmalade!

Lene Lovich's 'Lucky Number' was big amongst 11 year old girls in west Cardiff, I can tell you. #totp

I got an ad before it with PJ and Duncan singing 'Let's Get Ready to Rumble'. Was confused for 10 seconds.

A very small, grouchy child is on my bus. Only a video of 'Wheels on the bus' on repeat is stopping them from screaming. I'm close to hoping the parents let them scream.

Haha, now it's in your head, too!

This is useful information. Thank you.

I've accdientally eaten my lunch. At 10.44am. Sigh.

Oh, goodness, yes please! I would've done the world a favour with that harpoon today. (Pretty sure one particular driver was drunk or drugged.)

Indeed. I really wanted some Bond-like rear explosions for a particular vehicle today.

Feel like getting a car sticker for my rear window that says, "Oi! You! Idiot! Yes, you! The stopping distance at 70 mph is 24 car lengths. Not half an effing car."

Shouldn't have switched the telly on five minutes ago, should I? #therugby

Yes, that's the memory! So maybe I did see him. Would've been about 2010, so also a couple of years ago.

I once saw Billy Ocean live at Butlins. I think. I'm not 100% sure, though. I've been having a lot of lucid dreams since the magnesium. #totp

I've created a word search and a place, food or thing? category game for my book club, instead of our usual quiz about the book, where only those with functional memories may win.

It's going to seriously annoy some people. πŸ˜†

If she needs that, how are the woman's legs so pristinely hair-free?

I've seen an online ad for a toenail clipper for people with age-related mobility and sight problems that many times, I'm a bit tempted.

Ok, Sainsbury's is on the list for tomorrow. Just for some cooking oil they had better have. So, assuming I manage the Canton to Penylan trip, I'm checking out this soup! ☺️

☺️ Good to know I'm not alone. Though I remain annoyed by my attachment to a particular cooking oil at Sainsbury's.

I'm in the habit of spicing things up by shopping in a variety of supermarkets. πŸ”₯

This has the unfortunate side effect of me having accrued favourite products from supermarkets miles apart. Tomorrow's shop necessitates a 17 mile drive to three different supermarkets. Sigh.
