All day in bed yesterday with food poisoning. Today managed a little bread and water, and a short walk around Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, as it was right in our doorstep. Japan trip going out with a whimper..

Arrived in #Nagano this afternoon and took a little walk up to see Zenkōji Temple. Lovely city with some amazing buildings.

Early Sunday morning many of the shops were not yet open, but down a side road and up some steps, there were large crowds around the Kanda Myojin shrine.

Saw a video a couple of days ago where someone had taken down their Christmas decorations on Boxing Day?! Like, have you heard of the *12 days* of Christmas? There’s way too much Christmas before Christmas and not enough a Christmas after Christmas these days, if you ask me.

I feel your pain, I think Spurs achieved some sort of record against Chelsea with 0.05xG, and not much better against the gooners. Only record we’re likely to get this season..

40 degrees outside, 30 in my little office room where the air con doesn't quite reach. Time for the Ice Hat I think..
