Bit excited for it, since I’ve barely been able to suit at NFC :)

That’s not a bad thing, just feels like I had a lot of missed opportunities the last few days. It is what it is.

Back in Germany

NFC has been.. a con..

I already didn’t have much social energy going into the con, but I ended up getting a cold on the first day, so my physical resources weren’t plenty either.

So been a fairly quiet and slow con for me this year.

It is so good that I actually bought in on vinyl.. twice.. xD

Third stop. Greetings from Neumünster. Hamburg wasn’t too bad, but a quick look at the weather radar and the map predicts trouble ahead.

Second stop; nearing Hamburg. Generally a bit smoother, but the autobahn still has some icey patches every now and then.

Next stop should be just before the Danish border

First stop of the journey, nearing Hannover

Been a mess so far. Thick snowflakes, slippery roads, 60/80km/h restrictions. ETA got pushed back to 15:25.

And the biggest hurdle of the journey is yet to come (Hamburg..)

Today is cleaning, packing and con-prep day.

10 hour snowy drive to Sweden tomorrow

Fifth, looking at the Schedule, Thursday is my busy day. The rest of the con I’m pretty much always available to hang out :) Not staffing this year either.

Lastly, no, I still don’t have new stickers.
Yes, I still plan get new ones made at some point soon ;)

Fourth, in contrast to last couple of years, I’m skipping early-early-early-arrival and whatnot and won’t be getting to the con until Tuesday.

I plan to leave at 4:00 that day which *should* get me to Sweden at 14:00, depending on how troublesome the Elbtunnel proves to be at 8 that morning.

I’ll bring my mood-badges along.

Adding to this, if I’m in suit, I’m mentally in a good spot and hugs/chatting improves my mental health even more.

So, if you see fluffy me, don’t be nervous, please say hi 💚

Secondly, my mental and physical health have been in a rough spot the last several months. If I tell you “not now”, please don’t take it personal and give me some space.

Big cons are tricky for me now, as EF has shown me last year, which is why I left that con last year after the second day.

I've been having this idea for a while of Furcon passports and stamps.

Like, I'd be handing out Con-Passports, order a bunch of stamps and hand them out to Reg-Teams at cons so that if someone shows up with one of those booklets, they can be stamped at registration.

Kinda like the Lego-Store ones

Just looking at NFC’s schedule and jees.. my Thursday..

Barely have stuff planned for the rest of the con, but on Thursday afternoon I have to pick between 3 different events I want to attend.. x.x
