As someone on zepbound, I think the hardest would be the 24 tacos, assuming I can pick a beer that’s lower alcohol/gravity. The 10 miles is 3 5Ks. I’m not great at those, but there’s a lot of rest time in there, assuming it doesn’t have to be continuous.

Its just that the concerns about private equity buying property are about them buying houses and then leaving them empty to drive up costs, which just doesn't happen on any scale.

I don't care that much about billionaires owning several personal properties (beyond just the general issue with billionaires ). What I really don't get is how the ownership structure of rental properties particularly matters for driving down housing costs.

Spouse and I own our home. Ie, our home is owned by a private equity partnership. Weird to oppose that.

The underlying problem is lack of housing relative to demand, not the specific ownership structure of who owns what.

Technically Saxenda and wegovy are approved for the adolescent population. But yeah, not nearly as many kids on these meds yet.
