Since 2009, we've followed patients with MDD & BD for up to 14 years.
We combine repeated MRI scans & deep phenotyping.
This rare longitudinal design lets us explore how brain changes might (not) cause affective disorders over time.

We aim to conduct 60 replications in neuroimaging to
- estimate the replicability rate
- identify predictors of replicability
- derive guidelines to enhance replicability!
