#mounjaro GP started me on 2.5mg in September and I've been on 5mg since October, all for my #diabetes.
So far I'm down from 54" to 44" waist and currently 4½ stone lighter than I was.
It's not all the drug though, I'm eating cleaner, healthier and trying my best to walk 5000 steps a day 💉🍲🚶🏼‍♂️

This really is a great piece of reporting. Very much worth your time.
