Keeping adults in Hertfordshire moving to prevent early deconditioning :: Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust A new Inspired to Move service has been introduced in Hertfordshire to help prevent patient deconditioning during therapy waiting times, encourage early intervention, and promote self-management.

The pilot enrolled 45 patients, with 31 safely discharged by week six, showing how community innovation can reduce pressure on waiting lists.
