I know which I see as the bigger level of theft, and there'd be plenty in agreement I reckon.

Is 'retail theft' defined as a struggling member of the public stealing a loaf of bread, or is 'retail theft' better defined as a large multi-billion dollar corporation engaging in wage theft, participating in price gouging/duopoly behaviour, not paying worker entitlements in a timely way, etc.

Tawny owl
