Old Portia was in a place where I couldn't see her tube or feel it.

New Portia is in more of the traditional spot for a chest port and it just gives me the hibbie jeebies that I can actually feel her and the tube.

Don't get me wrong, I love Portia. I love how she's given me vein access as I only have one vein that still cooperates. I love how she makes it so I can be hands free. She's amazing and a marvel of medical advancements.

But jfc, being able to now feel her tube is fuggin gross.

Surgery recovery has gone way better than expected. Especially since last time it took me 2 weeks to do anything myself.
