If you have not read Agatha Christie's "They Came to Baghdad", let me tell you that this 1951 novel is fiction, however, it mirrors what is happening now in so many ways. I found the audiobook narrated by Emilia Fox here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=ku_R... but in particular, Chapter 14 is scary real.

#IWD - a time to reflect on its origins + significance. Mar 8 was first declared #InternationalWomensDay in 1922 by V. Lenin to honour the role of βοΈ in the 1917 π·πΊ Revolution. It was officially recognized by the UN in 1977. #NowMoreThanEver let's honour its history + the ongoing fight for equality.
