There are so many powerful moments and themes within this story, but following them to the throne room on New Genesis was a work of art.

Killing endless waves of guards and avoiding all the traps that lay before them we finally realized that Big Barda is pregnant. (2/3)

When the Royal Guards arrive to escort him we witness Barda cut them down, telling Scott to stay with her. (1/3)

I stumbled onto the TPB of The Story – Mister Miracle Vol. 4 #1 – 12 (2017-2018) by @tomking.bsky.social & @mitchgerads.bsky.social after finding out Bailey was pregnant.

There was a lot of this story that I resonated with but when Scott discovered Big Barda was pregnant it just hit so much harder
