Yesterday, the HRC said farewell to two retiring team members. Elisabeth "Lis" Luquez and Laura Serrano each gave the HRC more than 30 years of excellent work and dedicated service, all while being exemplary teammates and coworkers.

Disaster assistance is increasingly a question of who deserves help and who doesn’t | USAPP People who are seen being part of a different social group, or ‘out-group’, in this case, Puerto Ricans, are seen by those in other groups as being less deserving of receiving disaster assistance.

Our Director, Stella Rouse, is in the London School of Economics' USA Politics and Policy Blog!
