Det er generelt nedslående ikke at sidde inde med de forkromede svar på, hvordan protesterne i Iran kan lykkes på den længere sigt. Men isoleret set er alternativet til en militær intervention at lade være med at intervenere. Det er det konstruktive alternativ.

Jeg synes ikke at en halv mio. døde i Syrien, en nation, der er lagt øde hen af borgerkrig og stedfortræderkrige, er et særligt fristende præcedens.
