Ran myself into heat exhaustion a bit today. That’ll teach me I guess, although I found enough shade and had enough water to make it back to the office and AC.

Ran a slow 4.34 miles and averaged 14:04, but there were some long traffic signals I had to wait at so was probably faster than that.

The language used in this headline feels like blaming President Obama for something Trump’s GOP has done. It’s Affordable Care Act providers, keep the language simple.

Aw yeah, 4th of July mid-day run complete! Hillier than Wednesday’s, I ran most of the hills today except the last big up close to home.

Felt good about it, fueled and hydrated more correctly before and during. I think I may be able to get this dialed in by Hood to Coast! #running 🏃🏼‍♀️

First mid-day run in preparation for Hood to Coast relay in August! Not terrible as far as heat goes, and I felt pretty good about it. Needed to clean my new squishy water bottle better, my water tasted like plastic.

We all yell obscenities at the program though, online or desktop. In office or remote.

We still use desktop, although a lot of our clients use QBO. We don’t require it of them, they get that choice, we just ask for access if they use it. We get accountant’s copies from the desktop users, which works just fine too.

OMG SAME. I don't want AI in anything, but most especially in things having to do with money.

Quickbooks is garbage as it is, the constant updates never fix anything, and this will only make it worse. I think they last time it was "good" was around 2010.

They don't actually want anything other than the baby to be born-- anything that happens after that is not their problem, in their point of view.

This includes health care, education, daycare, and food.

Not really 10k race report: organizers did a bad job marking the course & volunteers were clueless. 1 water stop at about 2.8k and nothing after that. They ran out of water at the finish, too. So the 10k was actually only 9. Disappointed, but I finished. Might have made my goal, too. #running
