I think a follow up was in the pipeline but never really saw an official release? TBH I doubt that the debut could have been bettered.

Not finding much at the moment - a handful from Bloomsbury Oxfam apart. I am though hugely proud to unveil my K-TEL RECORD SELECTOR! A very thoughtful gift - unused and in original box. Might debut it with my next haul for your viewing pleasure.

Michael Comancho looks great as well. He's like Roland Orzabal's handsome twin brother. I would totally eat the fuck out of a sandwich made by Sly Fox. I love this record. Oh, yeah. I actually shouted wicked when this came on when I was watching this episode for the first time.

Proper mixed bag picked up in Tooting on Sunday. I'm able to resist little Nik generally but Dancing Girls is a treasure trove of 80s over production. Sly Fox still rocks.

Lazarus is an absolute wonder. I saw them at the Astoria in late 93/early 94 when they were for me at their finest

Had an afternoon to myself yesterday - spent it wandering between New Cross, Deptford, Greenwich and Lewisham.

That's the Greenwich to Isle of Dogs foot tunnel. Longer than I remembered! Worth the journey...

BBR I understand are reforming for a one off show at the London Palladium next year. It's not nostalgia - it's revenge, says Luke.

My lovely wife passed this on to me. I was delighted.

We must be of similar vintage and cut from a similar cloth. I have or have had every single one of these 45s. I feel quite emotional!

Good thing about international breaks is that no football frees up Saturday for trips to places like Penge.

50p and £1 bargains at Revolution and a couple more from the premium racks. Also a few (50p) from the charity shop opposite.

No apologies for Cat Stevens/ Richard Harris.

Some top tier classics there, many in sleeves I've not seen. I'm enjoying a renewed interest in Sweet right now so that single gets top marks from me!

50p Cautionary tale - rummaging a huge charity shop box of 45s yesterday. Probably record hunter fatigue but I managed to convince myself that I'd found a little known Visage sleeve variant. It's clearly not Steve Strange and that isn't a Visage logo, but once a vinyl junkie..

That Climie Fisher still gets regular turntable time in these parts. A perfect pop single.
