i understand completely. the only news i can handle right now is Heather Cox Richardson, and even with her i have to wait till the right moment to read it.

a very good friend got polio when he was 4 mos old, lived his first 3 years in a tube to make him breathe. i am always humbled around him. i don't want anyone else getting that.
