I can’t tell you how many times I had to stop making boss runs just to refill my shard reservoir. This is a good idea because even if killing boss mobs doesn’t get me back to 100% it at least means less grinding time away from fighting the boss.

I’d like to throw my hat into the ring, and I can do a transatlantic accent.

I'll say it: I think its rly annoying and frankly amateurish that writers are constantly told their villains must be understandable or have sympathetic motivation to be interesting or realistic when all our big villains irl are in fact rich, stupid, selfish, trickster dillweeds and always have been

I think the biggest thing that just isn’t for me is I’m not big on how The Riddler was portrayed. That’s probably a subjective issue so it’s a me problem, but it does stop me from enjoying the movie.

Decided to rewatch The Batman. I really wish I liked this movie more than I do. There’s a lot here that’s good. But the problems I have with it are just too fundamental and too damning for me to say that I like the movie.

I appreciate my friends who warn me about potential triggers for my arachnophobia in games, movies, and shows that I’m interested in playing.

Sometimes they abuse this dynamic for comedic effect.

I was reading Homestuck back during its heyday, but moreso because at the time my social circle were people who liked it. It was fine but ultimately I never finished it.

In 2020, with nothing better to do, I tried to read it again to just immediately bounce off it. It’s not an easy read at all.

At work like: Damn, wish I could be playing Silksong right now.

While WB is evil, there’s a few holes in his story that make it look suspect. He also has a pretty long history of being anti-vax and if memory serves he got some heat a few years ago from scamming his fans.

All to say it’s possible he’s lying to save face and WB fired him for other reasons.

In that case I humbly ask Stephen King to step down as head writer for 2025.
