COVID is a labor issue, it has always been a labor issue - no one should get sick at work! No one should be exposed to pathogens at work without adequate PPE. COVID hurts workers in the workplace and it does not have to be this way.

Despite a likely data blackout for at least a few weeks from the CDC in regards to Covid data, we should still have other sources that will at least allow us to paint the picture in broad brushstrokes.

To alleviate some of the pain in terms of Covid data. Not all sources will be impacted.

This is a real thing. I, luckily, have a very understanding lead, and I just had to take myself away from ticket work (I'm IT for a University), and cry...the existential dread just washed over me.
