donald trump and chuck schumer are peers. same age-ish (4 years difference), from the same city, moved in the same circles.

up until trump decided he was a republican because he hated obama, trump gave the max donation to every single one of schumer's campaigns.

I'm voting NO on the Republican shutdown bill.

NO on handing Donald Trump and Elon Musk a blank check to spend your taxpayer money however they want.

NO on cutting funding that helps families put food on the table and crack down on wealthy tax cheats.

We need to push back.

I’m voting no because Trump and Musk don’t want just a shutdown. They want us to stand down in our fight to protect Medicaid, Medicare, and the social safety net.
