As you go up in the stages you'd get more stats and enemies would start to spawn passively at quicker and quicker speeds
These enemies would be Philistines and drop down from the ceiling and wouldn't be required to kill to clear a room
Stage 4 can't die like with berserk mode

Samson in 4 different stages of pissed off
+ stage 4 but not so red
If you reach stage 5 you die...
Not killing enough enemies fast enough will build rage but so will killing too many enemies too quickly so you have to kinda balance the two
