Do your insoles also look a bit boring? I thought the same. That’s why I've been testing with dual-color prints β€”and suddenly, things got a lot more interesting.

It’s a small change with a big impact. Your insoles will finally look as good as they perform.

Today we're fine-tuning print quality and reducing print time – all part of how we support our customers with automated slicing.

βœ… A fully open system.
βœ… No 3D printing knowledge required.

That’s how we make high-quality, efficient workflows possible.

Our software supports G-code generation for many printers, including IDEX printers. While multi-color prints don’t add functional value, they can make a big difference in how the final product looks to the end user.

We are building the next generation of insoles, 3D printable with a grindable arch, a trimmable forefoot, topcover accommodate and fluent multi-density zones. The gcode files are generated within our #LutraCAD software and work with most FFF printers.

We support many materials. Like varioShore from #colorFabb, or TapU 95A from @polymaker.bsky.social, #raise3d etc.

Take a look at LutraCAD.com for an easy to use design module.

What I used for testing was a prefabtemplate. We can do multi density zones wil infill meshes.

I've been experimenting with techniques to minimize the visible layers on 3D-printed insoles. One idea I'm testing is roughing the sides of the device. With some fine-tuning you wouldn't even know it’s 3D printed!

We develop the software to design the orthotics and we also optimize for printing!

Trying out different materials and settings.

Christmas and 3d printing combined gives a lot of interesting ideas. In the office we now printed these trees as decoration.

How to improve your 3D prints with annealing - Original Prusa 3D Printers Probably everyone involved in practical 3D printing has been thinking about improving the physical and mechanical properties of their prints. You could try out some special materials, but those are us...

Making your 3D prints stronger? Have you heard of annealing? I did not and I got some interesting information from the Prusa website.

Especially if you look at the tables "Weight at which material tears". It is really impressive how it works.

Update on my personal project. What I am trying to solve in a good way is the headless API and SSO.

When logging in, the #Vue app is requesting the sign in url. Where the redirect URL will now be the headless API in #dotnet 8 and then redirect back. But what if it fails, I am not in the frontend.

We only have a A1 from Bambu lab. But it is super easy to setup and the best part is "it just works".

Love the not manually calibrating the build plate. No z offset (which I sometimes miss) calibration.

Getting ready to print the first test print for our AFO module on the Raise3D Pro3 HS, and already printing PP-CF from PPprint at the Raise3D E2. Strong materials, great layer adhesion are the basics we need.

The new #Raise3D Pro3 HS is printing the first test print.

I decided to go for a stackable AA battery box.

We already have the #Raise3D E2, but we just got the Pro3 PLus HS. Let's unpack that printer and start testing!

We want to print #insoles, #shoelast, midsoles, test shoes and #braces on this #3dprinter. With various materials like TPU and polypropylene

We use Cura Engine to slice from the command-line. And then post process it for printer specific needs.

Another example is the Prusa XL with bed specific regions or for belt printers to slow on the bed to better bed adhesion.

Using #bambulab A1 printer with our own slicer. The result is perfect. Just need to add Bambu Lab specific Feature comments to have it show the right info in Bambu Studio.

I know, this filament is oozing too fast.

#entityframework in #net 8, it is not strange that all string properties are longtext. Because it does not know the maxlength, a small tip for performance where the database does not have to look up in multiple tables. Change the Column to VARCHAR and set a StringLength.

Trying out our new #bambulab A1 printer. The quality and speed are amazing with the default settings for PLA.

This is PP-CF.

I tried a few materials before. PLA, ABC, normal PP. Am thinking about trying PA12.

This result is really smooth, no seam bisible and barely the layers.

Got any tips?

The first few attempts had too much warp or breaking. Trying to print as thin as possible. But strong enough to give support without breaking.

On the right track!
