I got the watercolour paints out for a try while making some Christmas cards. I still love oil paints but this was fun and so much quicker.

I’m a wedding photographer and have seen this a few times now.

He does, yes. We got him from a rescue centre.

They’re lovely aren’t they. I bet you miss them. He’s around 2.

No story at all really. He came from the rescue centre with that name and we liked it 🙂

It’s just been cut back but this was the wildflower patch at the high of its glory. I’m hoping now it’s cut back some other flowers might appear.

Lovely bit of sunshine on some of my poppies.

Yes it does but I tend to forget that. Thanks for the reminder. It’s nearby so if I go back to reshoot it I’ll do one with my phone again as well as with my camera.

Sunrise withing a wood of bluebells. The sun sparkles and sheds it's rays through the tree branches. The Bluebells illuminated by the sun. In the foreground various tree logs and stumps lay on the ground. The bright green leaves of the tree absorb the yellow brightness of the sun and for a moment, glow mirror the golden colours of the sun.

I got out into the garden yesterday evening to photograph some of our plants which are starting to bloom. This cornflower looked gorgeous.
