I hope that doesn't sound weird - I read a guardian article many years ago about a journalist and photographer who went on a radical diet for a few weeks - and the first thing everyone commented on was how bright and clear their eyes were - so anyway - must be a good thing !

@deborahmeaden.bsky.social can I just say - that since you've changed your diet - you're eyes so much clearer and brighter and piercing blue. You can see it really clearly. I read an article about this many years ago as to how a healthy diet can change eye colour and I think it's really clear !
