As a dog dad, I treated most walks like a conversation. Some days I wanted to go somewhere specific, but most days I wanted to follow my dog(s) and try to understand what they wished. Following them led me to places I wouldn’t otherwise have gone.

The framing of gay being okay because it’s not a choice isn’t my favorite framing because in my gay opinion I don’t think it matters whether it’s a choice. There’s just simply nothing wrong with it
