On October 6th, the CDC announced the results of the Cost of Production, the National Pricing Formula (NFP), and the Exceptional Circumstances.

The CDC is responsible for the monthly calculation of:
Total Requirements, Total Quota and Continuous Quota.
These calculations allow milk pools to send signals to producers to ensure that production does not deviate from demand.
