Honestly, the structure ends up falling apart for me after a few "chunks" of time, but the hardest part is just getting started and into the flow. So I might ditch the timer after a while once I reach a proper flow state

Basically, you set a timer for 25 mins, do a task for that long, then take a 5 min break, and just repeat that. After 1 hr you can take a longer break
Although the norm is 25 mins, I have set timers ranging from 15-30 mins and just draw for a few hrs
