MASS BLACKOUT
November 25 - December 2
3.3 out of 10 people like what is happening in our country. If we can move the needle on the 6.7 who donβt toward anti-racism, seeing the fed government as the puppet of the ultra wealth hoarders, and deconstructing patriarchy and colonization, the 3.3 wonβt have an impact that harms the majority.
12.11.2025 17:00 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Iβve been trying to change minds of βπ»people in kind and courteous ways. Iβve failed. I hoped theyβd have even a slight shift, but doubling down seems to be the result. Patriarchy, colonization, and oppression are such ποΈ.
12.11.2025 15:26 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0We live in the richest country in the history of the world, and weβre the only wealthy nation that doesnβt guarantee health care. Now weβre arguing over whether people deserve food. Explain it to me like Iβm five because I donβt get it.
11.11.2025 13:08 β π 1029 π 270 π¬ 78 π 14Theyβve laid off so many people that the government is now getting its economic data from DoorDash.
12.11.2025 01:09 β π 19861 π 5187 π¬ 1360 π 760They want us knocked down.
They want us knocked up.
They want us knocked around.
Them: Knock! Knock!
Us: π«₯
So do they want to teach Christianity in public schools so badly because it hasnβt worked in churches and private schools?
12.11.2025 02:37 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0for what it's worth I think "they would rather starve Americans than pay for health care" is a winning message
11.11.2025 09:13 β π 816 π 149 π¬ 12 π 7One of my favorites:
β I have no mercy or compassion in me for a society that will crush people and then penalize them for not being able to stand up under the weight.β
Malcolm X
I donβt have answers, but I am ready for a system of governance that excludes unfettered capitalism. To curb the disorder of wealth hoarding, I think an income cap sounds quite good right now.
11.11.2025 16:33 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0No allies, just all lies.
Community is the way forward.
photo of the First President of Tanzania - Julius Nyerere - with the quote, "The United States is also a one-party state, but with typical American extravagance, they have two of them."
no quote about the US political system has ever gone harder than this one

Another head hangs lowly
Child is slowly taken
And the violence caused such silence
Who are we mistaken?
But you see, it's not me, it's not my family
In your head⦠they are fighting
With their tanks and their bombs⦠and their guns
In your headβ¦
they are crying
In your headβ¦

Some Democrats just received an even sweeter retirement package! Healthcare and food security should never be bargaining chips by those who are elected to protect basic human rights. Heinous.
10.11.2025 20:27 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0When is the Epstein Ballroom scheduled to be completed?
10.11.2025 18:56 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0There hasnβt been a single year in the last two decades without children being shot at school in the USA. Over 500 kids have perished there. Itβs no surprise we donβt mind if children won't have their medical needs met or starve as well. How are they not our top priority??? We fail kids daily.
10.11.2025 16:01 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0The older I get the more I see that the 1% owns both wings of the same bird on the federal level. Thereβs no better time to strengthen state and local community to meet basic human needs and condemn the hoarding of wealth that our national government is holding allegiance to.
10.11.2025 13:31 β π 4 π 1 π¬ 0 π 0Thereβs not been a time in my decades of life when Iβve been more aware that the term βon the national stageβ is LITERAL. The illusion and pretense of governance as the ultra wealthy run the show. We are not protected or supported. Our basic human needs mean nothing. We are a means to an end.
09.11.2025 16:38 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0The shutdown is exposing industries that are beginning to flounder because the government (our tax dollars) supports their employees while they reap profits. Unfettered capitalism is tragic for the populace and is untenable. No amount of war or violence can fix it.
09.11.2025 13:38 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Free Palestine!π΅πΈ
08.11.2025 23:39 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Thank you for this share!! I just finished reading the book βMutual Aidβ by Dean Spade. I had no idea how it differs from charity and charity organizations! Itβs a truer path to impact. Again, thanks.
08.11.2025 23:37 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0SNAP benefits should be funded and NEVER used like a bargaining chip in some game. These are peopleβs lives but this regime and the oligarchs that funded them donβt care so long as they make their quarterly profits or enrich themselves just a little more. We need to say ENOUGH of this!
08.11.2025 23:31 β π 446 π 166 π¬ 18 π 1So many reasons to celebrate!
08.11.2025 21:51 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0We have this gorgeous, amazing home and instead of appreciating how pristine and spectacular it is and caring for it, we trash and decimate it without repair or regard and spend our time hating others we share it with and depleting the wildlife living amongst us. We cling to violent existence. Why?
08.11.2025 21:47 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I think we all knew that the national checks and balances were gone. Watching it play out in real time is sickening. There will be no taxing the rich and closing loopholes, only obscene wealth hoarding. The working class will face increased criminalized poverty and death.
08.11.2025 15:38 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Thereβs a kind of hatred for a person that has caused you harm face-to-face. It can be heavy and miserable.
Whatβs the word for hatred youβre SUPPOSED to have for innocent people according to government and societal conditioning? Itβs hollow with no substance. Only vitriol and violence.
Those files must be really something else to risk starving 42 million people in your country.
08.11.2025 02:29 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I truly do not understand why people act like it is unfathomable that one job should cover all of your expenses.
We should not be living like we need to have 2 or 3 full-time jobs just to do the basics.
Adults shouldn't need to live with roommates to stay afloat.
This new normal isnβt sustainable. Housing, insurance, childcare, transportation, grocery, and utility costs will push more of the populace into poverty. Itβs the exact opposite direction a democracy is supposed to drive its people! Part of the very definition of government is to provide services!
07.11.2025 22:35 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Hey Minnesota, letβs keep our fed funds and feed our people!!!
