I have learned from a photo where i thought i was standing straight, that i have *no idea* where my head is, ever

So that's my next body alignment goal, in tandem with doing the Muldowney exercises as much as i can manage in the next period of upheaval

*10mg it turns out, but even that is too high. Why can't it come in a nice pill? Why must be capsule?

I'd like to be back on strattera, tbh, but the min dose is 20mg and that is Waaaaaaay too high. Ideally I'd like to start on 5, but that would require a whole lot of fartassing around with micro scales and i wouldnt be taking adhd meds if i was capable of that 😂

I only ask because I'm getting a clear difference on the 2.5mg of IR Ritalin i took this morning,. which is far below the recommended min dose, and is very normal for me and min dosage
