This is not the first time that ICC-dodger Netanyahu has launched a major attack at a critical juncture for his trial. In March, the Times of Israel reported, "Netanyahu will not testify as planned in his corruption trial on Tuesday following Israel's surprise attack on the Gaza Strip", breaking the two-month ceasefire. Following his attack on Iran, in which numerous scientists and civilians were murdered, his criminal trial has again been postponed.
