DOJ cancels grants for gun-violence and addiction prevention, victim advocacy Attorney General Pam Bondi derided some of the canceled grants on social media, including programs that help LGBTQ communities.

The DOJ just canceled funding for efforts to avert hate crimes against Arab, Jewish, and Asian Americans, as well as funding for gun violence prevention programs and crime-victim advocacy.

This administration is not keeping us safe.

Trump froze all hiring at the VA at a time when the VA is experiencing a shortage of doctors & nurses. Unacceptable. Our veterans deserve better.
